Being described wrong costs you more than a ranking.

An assistant getting your rates, your terms or your regulator wrong is not a marketing problem. Keupera reads back exactly what it says, shows which sources it built that on, and leaves out anything it cannot verify.

In a regulated category the question is not whether you rank. It is whether the thing describing you got it right, and whether it can show where it read that.

The questions you can credibly answer

Every question comes back scored twice: how much demand sits behind it, and how plausibly you could be the answer. Chasing a question you have no business answering is worse than useless here, because being named on the wrong one is its own problem.

One workspace. The whole record.

Six tools on one brand. What was said, when, in which market, and what it was built on, kept rather than remembered.

It will not invent a fact to fill a field.

The quote is the model’s own words rather than a summary of them, and the schema Brand Identity writes leaves unverifiable fields out rather than guessing at them. Where a number is an estimate, the FAQ says so. In your category that restraint is the feature.

The questions compliance asks

It cannot force a model to change its mind, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. What it does is tell you what is being said, how often, in which markets, and which sources it was built from, so the correction you make is aimed at the thing the model actually read rather than at your own homepage.

No, and it should not be treated that way. Drafts, schema and outreach are all produced for a person to review before anything is published, and the whole publishing side can be set to hold every finished piece in review. Keupera is an instrument, not an approver.

Trust score, domain authority and estimated traffic are estimates built from what is publicly visible, the same way any tool outside someone's own analytics has to work. Read them as the weight of a site rather than a filing. The ranking URLs, cited sources and content gaps all point at real pages you can open and check.

That variance is why it runs on a schedule instead of as a spot check. Up to three checks a day, in three languages, each pass or fail, kept. The number you report is how often you passed across every run so far, which is a rate rather than an anecdote.

Every opportunity comes with the site's domain rating, its traffic, whether the link is dofollow and the reason that site would cite you, so you can judge the neighbourhood before you approach it. Nothing sends on its own: the draft waits for approval and goes out through your own SMTP, from your address.

Analytics sets no cookie and stores a one-way hash rather than an address, so there is nothing to add to a consent banner. Everything behind the dashboard is on the REST API on one key per organisation. Retention depends on your plan, and a date outside that window is deleted rather than archived.
