Invoices

How to view, download, and manage your invoices via LemonSqueezy.

This section explains how invoices are issued, where they can be accessed, and how they are generated for Keupera subscriptions.

All invoices are issued by our Merchant of Record:

Lemon Squeezy, LLC acts as the legal seller of record and is responsible for invoicing, tax calculation, and payment processing.

Users must review the Terms of Service for full legal details regarding billing, invoicing, and tax handling.

Where to Access Your Invoices

You can access and download your invoices at any time through one of the following methods:

Option 1: Direct Billing Portal

Visit:

billing.keupera.com

Log in using the email address associated with your subscription. From there, you can:

  • View all past invoices
  • Download PDF copies
  • Update billing details
  • Manage payment methods
  • View subscription history

Option 2: Through Your Keupera Account

  1. Log in at app.keupera.com
  2. Navigate to: Organization → Billing
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Select Generate Invoice or Download Invoice

This will redirect you to the secure billing portal powered by Lemon Squeezy, where invoices can be accessed and downloaded in PDF format.

Invoice Details

Each invoice typically includes:

  • Invoice number
  • Issue date
  • Billing period
  • Subscription plan name
  • Applied taxes (VAT / sales tax, if applicable)
  • Merchant of Record details (Lemon Squeezy, LLC)
  • VAT ID (if applicable)
  • Total amount charged
  • Currency used
  • Payment method (masked for security)

Invoices are generated automatically upon successful payment.

VAT and Business Information

If you are a business customer:

  • Ensure your VAT ID is entered correctly during checkout.
  • VAT validation is performed during purchase.
  • Reverse charge treatment may apply where legally permitted.

If your VAT ID was not entered at checkout, tax adjustments may not be possible after invoice issuance.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing details before completing payment.

Invoice Corrections

If you require a billing detail correction (e.g., company name, address formatting):

  • Minor formatting updates may be possible through the billing portal.
  • Material changes (such as VAT ID adjustments after issuance) may not be permitted depending on tax regulations.

For invoice-related support, contact support before initiating chargebacks or disputes.

Subscription Renewals and Recurring Invoices

For recurring subscriptions:

  • A new invoice is automatically generated at each renewal.
  • Invoices reflect the active subscription tier at the time of billing.
  • Upgrades or downgrades during a billing cycle may result in prorated charges, reflected in subsequent invoices.

Important Notice

All invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

Keupera does not directly issue invoices for subscription payments.

Users are responsible for:

  • Downloading and retaining invoices for accounting purposes
  • Ensuring billing information accuracy
  • Reviewing charges upon renewal

For full legal details regarding billing, tax handling, disputes, and payment obligations, users must review the Terms of Service prior to purchasing or renewing a subscription.
